GSHI Founder, Clayton Bailey earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Friends University in Kansas. He continued his education at the University of Texas, where he earned his current professional home inspection certifications. He is the fourth generation in his family of home contractors and inspections. His great grandfather started the first air conditioning and heating company in Shreveport, Louisiana. His grandfather retired as a city building and code enforcement home inspector. His mother is certified at Harvard University in Community Housing Development. His father is an Aircraft Quality Engineer inspector for Spirit Aircraft, (formally Boeing Company) where he has worked for the last 35 years.
