Realtors, to educate clients about home inspections and to get them prepared to negotiate, we offer this handy checklist. Give this to your clients to keep home inspection notes as they tour various homes, so they can compare and contrast issues they may find (or not find!) with each home. (Like a brand new AC or older aged roof).

 

Then, when they make an offer, they're prepared with questions or concerns for the home inspection.
